The Strap is a heavy duty versatile strap for tricep movements, bicep exercises, face pulls, close grip shrugs, ab crunches, or whatever else you may use it for.
18” long, 2” wide webbing that is durable but surprisingly comfortable. The material is thicker than the others you may see for sale. Also note the thicker welded O-ring...better than a D-ring because there’s no rubbing corners to wear at the material.
